Agbonlahor off to local rivals?
Aston Villa striker, Gabriel Agbonlahor could be set to leave the club this January with local rivals, Wolverhampton Wanderers an interested party.
The Birmingham Mail report how Wolves are looking to make a move for Agbonlahor to add more to their attack after Nouha Dicko was ruled out injured.
A move away from Villa Park for Agbonlahor has looked likely for some time now. Under Tim Sherwood, his game time decreased towards the back end of his reign and that has continued under Remi Garde with the 29-year old failing to make an appearance under the Frenchman.
The former-England international made his debut in 2006 under David O’Leary and he has since gone on to make 315 appearances in a Villa shirt while finding the net 73 times.
In recent years the Villa faithful have become more and more frustrated with the striker who has picked up more bookings than goals in the past four seasons.
