On Thursday the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union after being a member since 1973. The leave vote has split the country more than ever before with the margins being minimal in comparison between remaining and leaving.
The leave vote means the UK will be going back into the unknown with nobody quite clear on what the future will hold for the country once they activate Article 50 and leave two years on from that.
The unity that the United Kingdom has had for so long could crumble with Scotland bargaining for a second referendum and Northern Ireland also voting to remain therefore questioning their likeliness to staying with the rest of the UK.
