Aston Villa given deadline to table move for Hernandez
Aston Villa have been given a deadline of Friday to make a move for Hull City striker Abel Hernandez according to a report in Italy.
Tutto Mercato report that the Midlands side are looking at making a move for the Uruguayan but Hull have now set a deadline of Friday to thrash out a deal for Hernandez.
Links have grown stronger in recent days that Hernandez was Villa Park bound with the striker recently left out of Hull’s squad for their League Cup game.
It was said that was due to injury but many believe that isn’t the case.
The Tigers are struggling for players and support from the fans at the moment. Fans are not happy with the way the club is being run with no permanent manager in place and no signings made this summer.
Hernandez was top scorer with 19 goals last season for Hull under Steve Bruce as they returned back to England’s top flight at the first time of asking.
