It’s still unknown where Jordan Veretout will be playing his football next season.

Due to return to Villa Park in the summer following a season spent out on loan with Saint Etienne, Veretout has been attracting the interest of several clubs according to owner Tony Xia.
Xia notes that maybe Villa ‘should persuade JV [Jordan Veretout] back [to] Villa next season’, hinting that the midfielder isn’t keen on staying with Aston Villa beyond the summer.
As for potential suitors? It was claimed back in December that Juventus had been offered the chance to sign the former Nantes midfielder in the summer and that they were weighing up a bid, while more recently reports have suggested that Veretout would like to stay in France.
The 24-year-old has scored two goals and recorded three assists in 26 Ligue 1 appearances for Saint-Etienne this season after failing to impress in his one and only season with Villa.
Steve Bruce spent big in January on central midfielders which has led to speculation that the club are looking to offload Veretout permanently in the summer.
