# N’Zogbia On His Way Out

Aston Villa midfielder, Charles N’Zogbia could be set to end his nightmare time at Villa Park. [Matt Monaghan for 360Sport, a UAE Sports news outlet](https://sport360.com/article/arabian-gulf-league/41361/bani-yas-make-enquiry-aston-villa-winger-charles-nzogbia) reports that the Frenchman could be subject to a bid from the Abu Dhabi side, Bani Yas.

The 29-year-old is one of Villa’s highest paid players, being paid almost £63,000 a week by the Midlands side. N’Zogbia joined Villa in 2011 as one of Alex Mcleish’s first signings as manager, but the 29-year old has found his time at B6 tough going. The former-Newcastle man has struggled for large parts and has often found himself on the fringes of the Villa team. He has been subject of much fan criticism for his erratic form.

Despite his inconsistency and failure to feature in the 2013/14 season, he has made over 89 appearances in a Claret and Blue shirt finding the net five times.

Sherwood has told the press that N’Zogbia, “is not going to play on a regular basis here so if something becomes attractive to him then we can have a conversation and will talk about it.”
