# Adama Traore close to return

Adama Traore has taken to Facebook to reiterate Remi Garde’s comments on how far away he is from returning to action.

The winger joined Aston Villa from Barcelona in the summer, the Spaniard’s direct play has been a joy to watch for Aston Villa fans, in a season where creativity and our attacking play hasn’t been the best.

It is understood that Traore is only 2 weeks away from full fitness, giving a big boost to Remi Garde.

After beating Norwich on the weekend, it doesn’t seem such a daunting task to try to leapfrog Sunderland.

With Adama returning to fitness, it could almost be like a new signing for the team, a player that can really create chances for target men like Libor Kozak & Rudy Gestede.

Traore joined Villa for £8m in the summer.

Villa are 4 points away from Sunderland, 8 points away getting out of the relegation zone.
