Aston Villa face Southampton on Saturday, as Villa’s 28-year stay in the top-flight nears its end.
Eric Black in his press conference ahead of the game, spoke of the need for Villa to be professional in their remaining four games of the season, starting with Southampton on Saturday.
Villa could possibly be forced to reshuffle their defensive pack, with Eric Black confirming that Kieran Richardson and Ciaran Clark both picked up knocks in training and are doubts for the Saturday’s clash against the Saints.
One defender definitely missing from the game will be Jores Okore, who has been demoted to the U-21 side, with Eric Black stating he refused to be on the bench for the home game against Bournemouth two weeks ago and has since refused to play for the club.
Jack Grealish and Adama Traore once again will be pushing for first-team starts, as will Rudy Gestede who impressed in his cameo appearance last weekend against Manchester United.
With that in mind, here is how Villa could possibly line-up against Southampton.
