So over the last three to four weeks you have been voting in your thousands for your preferred players in each position.

Some players have won their duels comprehensively whilst a few of the other duels have been closer.

As the majority of these duels took place during the transfer window, there are a few cases in which the player who received the most votes would probably have lost the duel if it was created a few days later. This is due to the fact that a more suitable player was later signed during the transfer period.

For example, Bacuna was voted in as your preferred right back on the 19th August; however, Ritchie De Laet was signed five days later on the 24th.

In my opinion, De Laet would have received more votes than Bacuna. In a case such as this, we have put Bacuna as your preferred player and have given an honourable mention to De Laet.
