Baker ends a 13-year stay at Aston Villa, having joined the youth academy in 2004.

The 26-year-old made his first-team debut in 2009 and went on to play 115 league matches for Villa, in the Premier League and Championship.

Baker now returns to one of the sides he was on loan to earlier in his career. The central defender spent the 2015/16 season on loan to Bristol City.
