According to The Birmingham Mail, Villa are considering a loan move for West Ham midfielder Robert Snodgrass.
The report claims that Villa could be set to make a loan offer for Snodgrass, as they are unable to afford a permanent deal.
Newcastle, Leeds and Brighton are also interested in Snodgrass and could make a move before the window closes.
West Ham want to sell him permanently but would be willing to send him out on loan.
Snodgrass has been told he can leave West Ham, with manager Slaven Bilic wanting to move him on.
The Scotsman is not in Bilic’s plans and is now looking for his next club, with Villa possibly being his next destination.
Snodgrass joined West Ham from Hull in January of this year, following an impressive start to the Premier League with the – now – Championship club.
The winger previously had spells with Leeds and Norwich in England.
