Where will Villa finish this season? Vote here!

Since the World Cup finished on the 15th July, many of us will have been counting down the days until the return of club football.

While those who support a Premier League club will have to wait a bit longer, the countdown, for those of us who follow a Championship side, is nearly over as the Championship gets underway next Friday when Reading take on Derby County.

Aston Villa fans will have to wait until the following Monday to see their side take on Hull in their opening game of the season.

Villa’s summer has been overshadowed by cash issues, and it was thought that they were going to have to sell a number of their best players during the transfer window in order to fall in line with Financial Fair Play.

However, the club was recently brought by two new owners and, with the imminent arrival of Andre Moreira from Atletico Madrid, it seems that their dire financial situation has been resolved. They will now be desperate to get a few more signings through the door before the season begins.

With all this in mind, where do you think Villa win finish this season? Vote in the poll below.
