# Predicted Villa XI: Burton Albion (A)

After a disappointing late draw to Reading at the weekend, Steve Bruce and his men turn their attention back to the Carabao Cup as they take on Burton Albion at the Pirelli Stadium on Tuesday night.

Bruce is obviously more interested in achieving promotion to the Premier League this season, but he will know that his side have a fantastic chance to make it through to the third round of the cup.

The Brewers, who were relegated from the Championship last season, are struggling in League One, having picked up just the one win from their opening 5 fixtures.

Bruce will have one eye on the match away to Sheffield United on Saturday, so we expect him to make a number of changes to the team that started against Reading at the weekend. However, even with a number of changes, he should still field a team that is capable of easily beating Burton.
