# Patrick Bamford wary of Aston Villa ahead of Leeds clash

Leeds striker Patrick Bamford is looking forward to his side’s clash with Aston Villa this weekend, describing it as a “big test”.

Villa host the current Championship leaders in a huge game on Sunday afternoon, as Dean Smith’s side look to edge towards the play-off places.

It is set to be a stern examination of both teams’ credentials, with Villa unbeaten in seven games, scoring 21 goals in that time.

> It’s going to be a big test.

> They’ve scored a lot of goals in the last few games and they’re not having a problem there but it’s going to be interesting.

> We’ll be up for it.

Smith’s men are one of the Championship’s form teams and their chances of being in at least the play-offs this season are looking stronger all the time.

Victory over a strong Leeds side would be another major step in the right direction, but they will have to perform excellently to achieve that.
