Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish looks to have missed out on the England team yet again, with Gareth Southgate preferring other options.
According to TBR Football, the Villa midfielder is likely to be overlooked in the squad, despite some recent good form for Aston Villa.

With the amount of midfield options that Gareth Southgate has, Grealish will have a job on his hands to force his way into the Three Lions squad.
During the last international fixtures, the Independent had reported that the opportunity had “come to soon” for Grealish, with the England staff wanting the Villa star to get more Premier League experience.

Surely Grealish has to be considered at some point for Gareth Southgate’s squad, especially with other options still being picked for England.
If Ross Barkley and Jesse Lingard can continue to get in the Three Lions squad, then surely Grealish has to be considered.
However, if he keeps performing well in the top flight, then an international call-up will surely follow.
