Aston Villa had to settle for a point against Burnley despite the fact that they had the lead twice.
The draw means that they still sit in the relegation zone, but a win against their next opponents, Norwich, could see them climb three or four places up the table.
Failure to win, on the other hand, could see them enter the next round of fixtures with no possibility of leave the relegation zone.
We know it is still relatively early in the season, but Villa need to quickly get out of the habit of throwing away leads. If they had managed to hold on to leads this season they would have been about eight points better off.
Carrow Road is a great place to put that annoying habit to bed. Norwich are missing a few key players, so, in theory, Villa should have an easier game.
