Villa eye move for Napoli duo Llorente and Callejon
Premier League side Aston Villa are eyeing a double swoop for Napoli stars Jose Callejon and Fernando Llorente, according to a report on Arena Napoli.
The report confirms that Villa have registered their interest in the two Spaniards as Dean Smith looks to strengthen his squad this month.
As reported on the Birmingham Mail, the Villa boss is desperate to strengthen in certain areas, with a new striker a priority after Wesley suffered a season-ending knee injury.
The Italian report states that Villa are looking to spend €10m on Callejon, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
Villa are also understood to be ready to pay just over €2m for Llorente, but as stated in the report, Napoli chief Aurelio De Laurentiis wants around €8m to sell him.

As reported on CalcioMercato, Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso has clearly told Llorente that he does not intend to use him for the remainder of the season, so this is clearly a boost for Villa in their pursuit of the striker.
The 35-year-old has made 15 appearances in the Serie A this season, netting three times.
We believe this is very ambitious from Villa because the duo are accustomed to playing UEFA Champions League football. However, both players are there for the taking so I feel there’s no harm in attempting to bring them to Villa Park.
