The excitement is building amongst the world of gaming and football with the release of FIFA 16 just 19 days away. There has been much talk over the new features introduced to EA Sports top franchise game.
The most talked about features have been the new FUT Draft and the introduction of women’s sides for the first time. Despite a poor season last year for Villa the likes of Brad Guzan and Leandro Bacuna getting upgrades from their ratings in FIFA 15. Here is a rundown of the goalkeeper and defender ratings for the new game. The ratings are taken from www.futhead.com.
How do thEy RATE?
Goalkeepers
Brad Guzan: 80 – An upgrade of one from last season where Guzan was rated a 79.
Mark Bunn 72 – An upgrade of three
Defenders
Angel Crespo – 70 – An upgrade of three from his rating from last season when he was at Granada.
Philippe Senderos – 72 – No change here despite Senderos not receiving a number in Villa’s squad.
Alan Hutton – 73 – A fairly solid season last year has seen Hutton gain three on his rating.
Leandro Bacuna – 73 – His rating is getting stronger by the year with the Dutchman having an extra six added to his statistics.
Kieran Richardson – 73 – Richardson has strangely been listed as a left midfielder. To the Villa faithful, he is a left-back though.
Tiago Ilori – 74 – Ilori has had an upgrade of one. You will find him as a centre-back.
Jordan Amavi – 75 – EA what are you playing at? He is worth at least an 80! Amavi has an upgrade of four. Did you know: The start of last season Amavi was only a 69 to start off with.
Jores Okore – 77 – 81 pace and 83 strength a solid addition to any side on ultimate team. An upgrade once again of four.
Ciaran Clark – 77 – Clark has had a dramatic rise in form over the past year and this rating reflects that. Clark was a 73 last season.
Micah Richards – 79 – The tank Richards has had his position changed to centre-back and his rating increase by two.
Joleon Lescott – 79 – The latest Villa recruit has seen his card stay the same. A solid choice at centre-half despite his slow pace.
