Scott Sinclair – March 2015
Scott Sinclair scored the second goal that essentially secured Aston Villa’s place at Wembley with a sublime finish past Boaz Myhill on the counter attack. You could argue Fabian Delph’s goal was better, but the less said about him the better. Scott Sinclair’s goal will go down as one of the greatest goals scored v West Brom for many reasons. Sinclair even celebrated against the club he was on loan at the previous season.

Ashley Westwood – December 2013
West Brom lead the tie 2-0 before Karim El Ahmadi pulled one back. What was to follow from Ashley Westwood is a goal of pure class. One that fans still recall as one of the best goals they have seen scored in the derby. Shame Westwood doesn’t produce such special goals more often.

John Carew – September 2008
Aston Villa last played the Baggies towards the start of the season in 2008. Villa won the game 2-1 thanks to two goals in a minute from Gabriel Agbonlahor and John Carew respectively. Carew’s features ahead of Agbonlahor due to the sheer skill it took to guide his header into the net from an Ashley Young free-kick.

Deep into added time ‘Der Hammer’ struck a thunderbolt to make it 2-1 to Aston Villa in the two clubs first meeting at Villa Park in four years. It was a fine goal. Pick that one out.
