Jordan Amavi will have scans on his injured knee in France today.
The results of the left-back’s tests should be known either later tomorrow or tomorrow, according to the club.
Amavi suffered the injury during France Under-21’s 1-0 over Northern Ireland on Thursday.
France’s medical team are optimistic the injury is not as bad as initially thought after the Frenchman went down in the second half.

France Under-21 coach Pierre Mankowski insisted it is too early to judge whether Amavi would play again this season.
He said: “The first information that we have available is that it is a knee sprain. We don’t know yet if the ligaments are injured. It’s too soon to say that.”
The long-term absence of Amavi would come as a blow to new manager Remi Garde, who had recalled the Frenchman to the side for his first game in charge against Manchester City.
Amavi made an instant impact on his recall and Garde will be hoping the injury is not as bad as first feared.
