Aston Villa midfielder Charles N’Zogbia could be on his way out of the club as the Frenchman is prepared to cancel his own contract in an attempt to force a move to the USA.
According to The Birmingham Mail, N’Zogbia’s reported £66,000 per week wage could be cut off to end the player’s nightmare at the club.
The Frenchman joined Villa from Wigan Athletic in 2011 and has made 80 appearances for the club during his four-year spell.
The report also says that Villa boss Remi Garde has questioned the player’s commitment level as it was announced in November that he would be in the manager’s plans.

After failing to impress Garde and the rest of the coaching staff, N’Zogbia now trains with the U21 side,
Garde said:
Charles’ story with Aston Villa is a long one, with some difficult stuff, and as you know he is ending his contract soon. I am just here to try to pick up the players I feel who are the most committed to this very difficult task we have.
The MLS would be N’Zogbia’s ideal location, but that all depends on if any club actually offer the player a contract.
