Aston Vila have had a bid rejected for West ham United striker Enner Valencia according to reports.
The Telegraph report that the Championship side have seen their bid for the Ecuadorian international rejected with the Hammers keen to add to their attacking options before considering a bid for Valencia.
Earlier on today, it was reported that the Midlands side had only expressed an interest in Valencia, but now a bid has been rejected.

The 26-year-old made the move to East London from Mexican side Pachuca in 2014 after a glittering World Cup in Brazil.
He has struggled to get up to full steam in England though since his move with injuries being a contributing factor to only making 51 appearances and scoring eight times in the past two years.
Roberto Di Matteo is keen to add to his attacking options with owner Dr Tony Xia recently revealing they were after a player with pace.
