Defender Jores Okore has completed his move to FC Copenhagen for an undisclosed fee, signing a four-year contract.

The news comes in the same week that Aston Villa let Joe Bennett leave Villa Park and join division rivals Cardiff City on a free transfer.
Okore has suffered majorly with injuries since moving to the Midlands side in 2013 from Nordsjælland.
The Dane has only made 38 appearances in a Villa shirt with ten of them coming last season in the club’s relegation doomed campaign.
He is yet to feature in a league game under boss Roberto Di Matteo this season with his own game time coming in a disastrous defeat to Luton Town in the League Cup where he scored a comical own goal.
With Okore’s exit now confirmed, perhaps Aston Villa will re-enter the transfer market to sign another defender, especially with both Micah Richards and Joleon Lescott both nearing the exit door also.
