Aston Villa target Albert Adomah was left out of Middlesbrough’s squad amid rising interest from the Midlands side as the Teeside side drew 0-0 with West Bromwich Albion.
It was reported yesterday by Graham Bailey from HITC that Aston Villa were looking at making a move for the 28 year old.
Adomah had featured in both of Boro’s games so far this season so it came as a shock to many to not see him in Aitor Karanka’s 18 with many believing it is a sign he is off to Villa Park.

The winger has reportedly been offered a new deal at Middlesbrough with one year left on his current deal but it has been said he is mulling over a move to Roberto Di Matteo’s side before deadline day.
The Ghanian international was a pivotal part of Boro’s promotion to the Premier League last season with six goals and six assists.
