Aston Villa midfielder Mile Jedinak has spoken about how the Villans are not just a one-man team despite describing Jonathan Kodjia as a ‘game changing’ player in an interview.
As reported by the Birmingham Mail the experienced midfielder spoke of his admiration for the £11 million recruit from Bristol City in the summer.
Obviously he has that individual flair and that game changing mentality and we know he is there to help out and it is great how he is banging in the goals.
Jedinak who has started to look like the player of old for the first time since his move from Crystal Palace said that Kodjia had been ‘great’ and that he has had to adapt his game since the move.
The Australian captain also spoke about how some players go unnoticed for their work in the game and don’t get the credit they deserve from some.
It is a team game, sometimes things go unnoticed but they don’t go unnoticed by your team-mates.
He also said how the current attacking options were all ‘unselfish’ on the ball which can only seemingly be beneficial to Aston Villa’s hopes and aspirations this season under Steve Bruce.
