Jordan Amavi is a player attracting a lot of attention heading into the January transfer window.
According to French journalist Khaled Karouri, Liverpool have entered the race for the left-back, rivalling Marseille for his signature next month.

The 22-year-old joined Aston Villa in the summer of 2015 for £9m from OGC Nice and was one of the club’s standout performers in a shoddy start to the season before an ACL tear ended his season in November.
Since returning this season, Amavi has again been impressive in his performances, starting each of the last nine Championship fixtures.
While Amavi remains one of the better players in the squad, the interest in him could allow Villa to cash-in and reinvest in the squad next month and build towards a promotion push in the second half of the season.
In any situation where Amavi leaves, Aly Cissokho is next in line to replace him in the starting line-up for Steve Bruce.
