Aston Villa are in talks to sign Swansea left-back Neil Taylor, according to the South Wales Evening Post.
The talks, which are reportedly ongoing, could also include Jordan Ayew going the other way to the Swans.
It’s thought a deal is in place but personal terms for all parties have yet to be sorted.
Ayew is currently in Gabon with Ghana for the African Cup of Nations, and has so far helped his side into the semi-finals.

He scored just last night in Ghana’s 2-1 victory over Congo, giving them a second half lead.
Neil Taylor has not featured under Swansea’s new manager Paul Clement and despite his long stint at the club, dating back to 2010, it’s thought he will be allowed to leave.

Taylor is a Welsh international, impressing heavily in last year’s European Championships, helping his country to a landmark last four appearance. He’d bring experience and solidity to Villa’s defence and squad.
The deal being discussed is a part-exchange transfer with Swansea paying £5million in addition to Neil Taylor for the services of Ayew.
