Jordan Amavi is a wanted man this summer, and Sampdoria are the latest team to make a bid to sign him.
That is, according to Sky Italy, who have claimed that the Serie A club have lodged an opening offer to land him from the Championship outfit.

Interest has never been short in the Frenchman. He’s a player with huge potential and Steve Bruce is sure to have plenty of offers on the table this summer.
Villa are reported to have turned down a bid from Sevilla in recent times, with the Spanish club offering just £5.3m for Amavi’s services.
However, it’s believed that Villa are keen to recoup the £9m they paid for the defender if he is to go, and that is at the very least.
Amavi’s form was patchy last season and he failed to shine in a poor season for Villa, but he could prove to be important next term if they choose to keep hold of him.
