Steve Bruce is heading up a massive overhaul of his Aston Villa squad this summer and fresh faces are expected.
One player Villa are looking at signing is Liverpool winger Ryan Kent on loan, but the Express report that both Championship rivals Sunderland and Leeds are eager to secure the player as well.
Kent caught the eye during a stint with Barnsley last season where he scored three goals in 44 appearances for the club but is not expected to feature in Jurgen Klopp’s first-team plans at Liverpool.

The Reds are eager to find a loan destination for the 20-year-old and have fielded interest from a number of clubs as a move away from Anfield looks increasingly likely.
Villa have a number of solid wing options in the squad at the moment with Albert Adomah and Jack Grealish at the moment but Bruce wants depth to his squad and has identified Kent as a great option, albeit on loan.
