It has been reported in The Birmingham Mail that Steve Bruce has rejected multiple offers from clubs in lower divisions to take some of Villa’s talented youth on loan but Bruce is looking to loan some players out.
Younger players that have been in and around the first team squad this season will remain with the club meaning the likes of Andre Green, Keinan Davis and Callum O’Hare will be getting some more first team action between now and the end of the season. However, Bruce is looking to loan out players like Easah Suliman to get them so more first team minutes.
Bruce said:
If it’s right in terms of a loan I will look at it but not to the detriment of the first team. The likes of Andre Green, Keinan (Davis), Callum O’Hare and people who have been on the fringes of it then no, but some of the younger lads. Easah Suliman is one I will look at.

Suliman spent time on loan at League Two club Cheltenham Town last season making 12 appearances including the full 90 minutes as Cheltenham bagged a 1-0 EFL cup victory against League One Charlton. Bruce will be looking for a club where he can go and play again this season.
Although, it’s not just younger players that Bruce is looking to move on as fringe players like Aaron Tshibola who had an unsuccessful loan spell at MK Dons where he was sent back early, but has been in fine for the under 23s, could also leave on loan with Bruce saying:
He needs to go and play, that’s for sure. We will listen to offers for him. There are one or two things bubbling away.
The club are also still in negotiations with Australian side Melbourne City about extending Ross McCormack’s loan deal until the end of the A-Leauge season. McCormack has been in fine form down under, scoring 12 goals in just 14 games.
