Aston Villa have slapped a massive £40 million price tag on midfielder Jack Grealish, as the club look to cut costs to pass FFP.
The Mirror report that the big asking price has been put on Grealish, with Leicester City one of the teams interested in signing the highly rated youngster.
Villa failed in their bid to get promoted to the top flight, meaning the club will have to look at reducing costs as the reality of a third season in the Championship looms.

Grealish is likely to be one of a number of players to depart Villa Park, with John Terry already leaving Villa due to financial reasons.
Villa owner Dr Tony Xia is also looking at the future of manager Steve Bruce, who failed to get Villa promoted despite a strong season in the Championship.
Bruce himself is reportedly also debating his future, after losing both his parents in quick succession during last season.
