Aston Villa are ready to strengthen their stance over the valuation of Jack Grealish following the club’s recent takeover from NSWE, according to Football London.
It was previously reported that Villa would perhaps need to settle for half of their original £40 million asking price for Grealish, with external investment yet to be secured.
However, it seems that following the takeover, the Midlands club are in a far stronger negotiating position and will demand top dollar from Tottenham Hotspur in their pursuit of the England Under-21 international.

Grealish is a top target for Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino but more negotiations will need to be held before a deal is tied up, according to Football London.
It’s believed that the playmaker is keen on the move to North London, but the report indicates that Grealish’s attitude throughout the summer has been exemplary, despite the persistent speculation.
Although a transfer is likely to be completed before the window slams shut on August 9, it seems Villa will not let their prized asset go for any less than a premium figure.
