QPR and Rangers are both reportedly looking at a move for Villa defender Tommy Elphick, according to the Daily Mail.
Elphick was touted to re-ignite his Villa career after some notable departures in the side this Summer. John Terry and Christopher Samba both left Villa Park, potentially opening the door for Elphick.

However, after only featuring in one League game for Villa sof ar this season, Elphick looks to be on the way out of Villa Park.
Steven Gerrard’s Rangers have been looking at a new defender and the Mail report that Elphick is one of those being looked at.
However, with Rangers pushing ahead for a deal with Forest over Joe Worral, QPR could be Elphick’s destination.
QPR have had a disastrous start to the season, and will look to avoid shipping another 7 goals like they did against West Brom. Elphick could help them defensively, but it would have to be on a loan deal.
