Celtic are ready to return with a fresh approach for Aston Villa target Scott McKenna.
According to The Daily Mail, Celtic are preparing to move for McKenna in the January transfer window.
The report claims that Premier League side Fulham are also eyeing a £9m swoop for Celtic defender Dedryck Boyata, which could force Celtic to dip into the market.

Fulham are keen to improve their defence in January after they missed out on Boyata in the summer, and are set to make a new offer in the winter window.
Celtic are now set to revisit their attempts to sign McKenna as a potential replacement for Boyata if he does move to Fulham.
McKenna has been impressing with Aberdeen over the past year and worked his way into the Scotland national team.
Villa are keen to strengthen their defensive options and could struggle to compete with Celtic if they become seriously interested in signing McKenna.
