According to a report in the Daily Mail, Aston Villa are prepared to listen to suitable offers for Scott Hogan.
The 26-year-old, who signed for Villa for a fee of £9 million back in January 2017, has, due to injuries and the inability to produce his best form, fallen so far down the pecking order that he wasn’t even on the bench for Villa’s 2-1 win over Ipswich this weekend.

The Republic of Ireland international’s whole career has been blighted by injuries, yet it is believed that Sheffield United are willing to take a chance on him – although it is thought that they want him on loan for the rest of the season with the option of buying him in the summer.
Bristol City are also thought to be interested as they are looking to strengthen their attack.
Hogan earns around 38k a week at Villa Park, meaning that he costs the club around £2 million every year. Villa really cannot afford to spend big money on players who are not playing, so it would be best for both parties if they were to go there separate ways.
