Aston Villa forward Tammy Abraham was absent from England’s U21 training session on Tuesday.
Nick Mashiter reports that the on-loan Chelsea star was missing as a precaution and will be assessed following concerns over a calf injury.
Abraham suffered the calf injury during the win over Middlesbrough at the weekend and despite Dean Smith playing down the severity, there had been some concerns over the forward.
It was initially feared that it could be a long-term injury, but it is no longer seen as serious.

England’s kids play against Poland in a friendly on Thursday night and it remains to be seen if Abraham will feature or not.
Abraham has been in brilliant form for Villa this season and would have no doubt been hoping to try and replicate that on the international stage.
Smith will be thankful that the striker’s injury is nothing serious and he should be all clear to face Blackburn after the international break.
