Aston Villa defender Axel Tuanzebe has claimed that Aston Villa still have every chance of making the Championship playoffs.
Despite a poor start to the season, Villa are still in with a great chance of promotion via the playoffs.
Villa made it to the playoff final last season before a disappointing defeat to Fulham at Wembley dashed their hopes of a return to the top flight.

Tuanzebe has revealed that the players have learnt from the mistakes of last season, and are ready to extend Villa’s season past the final game against Norwich City in May.
Speaking to Aston Villa’s website, Tuanzebe revealed:
We’re mentally and physically strong; we’re in a good head space.
I’m buzzing to be back and we have a great chance of being where we want to be at the end of the season.
Let’s take it step by step and not look too far ahead. The Championship is a bizarre league and we can’t underestimate anyone.
We need to perform and get the wins that are required. We need to keep pushing and never give up.
We had big characters last year and hopefully we can transfer the same passion and drive this time around.
Last year was a big lesson. Hopefully we can get there this time.
Tuanzebe has been out for the past three months with injury but is not fit enough to return to the first team.
With eight games to go of the Championship season, Villa will be hoping to continue their good form, with Dean Smith’s side sitting inside the playoffs in sixth place as it stands.
