Jack Grealish has sent a brutal dig towards local rivals Birmingham City after their points deduction in the Championship was confirmed.
The Mirror reports that the Villa star liked a tweet that confirmed the news as Birmingham topple closer to the relegation zone in the Championship.
It was confirmed on Friday that Birmingham would be docked nine points for breaching Financial Fair Play rules.
Birmingham had previously found themselves in a relatively comfortable mid-table position, but they will now be forced to look over their shoulders during the final few games of the season.
The news will be even sweeter for Grealish, who was attacked during the Second City derby earlier this season by a Birmingham City fan.
Grealish went on to score the winner against their bitter rivals to cap off what was a memorable day for good and bad reasons.
Villa will now be looking to kick on and secure a place in the Championship play-offs.
