Aston Villa could sell Jack Grealish if they fail to secure promotion to the Premier League this season.
According to The Birmingham Mail, Villa may look to cash in on Grealish to help cover club costs if they are not one of the three clubs to move up to the Premier League this season.
Villa currently sit in the play-off places, but are also only three points off 11th place and still have Leeds and Norwich – two of the top three – left to play in the final eight games.

The report also claims that Tottenham have been keeping tabs on Grealish and are ready to reignite their interest in him in the next transfer window.
Grealish has mustered four goals and five assists in 25 Championship appearances for Aston Villa this season – recently scoring the winner in the Second City derby against Birmingham.
The Birmingham Mail, however, do not mention how much Villa would demand for Grealish.
