West Ham are the latest Premier League club to be linked with a move for Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish, with Tottenham and Bournemouth both reportedly interested.
According to the Mirror, boss Dean Smith faces a battle to keep Grealish this summer and his future at the club could depend on whether he can guide Villa back to the Premier League.
Smith’s side are currently in a playoff spot on goal difference with eight games remaining in the Championship, and a return to the top flight appears Villa’s best chance of ensuring Grealish’s future at the club amid interest from the Premier League.

The midfielder almost completed a move to Spurs last summer in a £25million deal, before signing a new five-year contract with Villa.
However West Ham have now entered the race for the 23-year-old, while Tottenham and Bournemouth are also said to be interested in the midfielder, as Grealish’s future comes under speculation once again.
