Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish has been nominated for the PFA Championship Player of the Season award.
The Villa captain is one of six nominees for the honour, following an incredible season for the Englishman.
Norwich’s Teemu Pukki, Sheffield United’s Billy Sharp and Oliver Norwood, Leeds’ Pablo Hernandez and Birmingham’s Che Adams are also up for the award.

Grealish is in the running after his incredible performances for Villa led them to 5th in the Championship, with a play-off final against Derby later today as they look to secure their return to the promised land of the Premier League.
Despite missing a chunk of the season through injury, Grealish managed six goals and seven assists in 33 appearances for Villa in the Championship – although he could add to that against Derby at Wembley.
Teemu Pukki was named as the Championship Player of the Year during the official award night, but this decision is down to the fans to vote on who they think deserve it.
