Aston Villa defender Ritchie De Laet has revealed that he will be leaving the club this summer.
The Belgium defender signed in 2016 from Leicester City on a 3-year deal but has only managed 13 appearances for the Villains since signing.
With Aston Villa now back in the Premier League after their play-off success against Derby County, it is obvious that the defender will not get the match time he wants.

The January signing of Tyrone Mings pushed De Laet further down the pecking order at Villa park, with the Bournemouth man impressed at Villa Park in the second half of the campaign.
Cited by the Birmingham Mail, in an interview with Belgian outlet Sporza, De Laet stated that:
This chapter is closed.
I am now ready for the next step in my career.
De Laet will now be going in search of his club for next season, with his contract expiring at the end of next month – making him a free agent.
