Aston Villa are on the verge of completing their first signing of the summer as they look to wrap up a permanent deal for Kortney Hause.
According to Football Insider, Villa have reached an agreement over the signing of Hause to make him their first addition of the transfer window.
The report claims that Villa have a verbal agreement in place, as it stands, to exercise the option in his loan deal to complete the transfer.

Hause joined Villa on loan from Wolves in January and made 12 appearances in the Championship, including one in the play-off final.
Villa beat Derby 2-1 at Wembley in the play-off final to secure their place in the Premier League for next season, with Hause seemingly set to become their first signing back in the top-flight.
He fell behind Tyrone Mings and Axel Tuanzebe in the pecking order towards the end of the season, but the pair were also on loan at Villa Park – with no guarantees that they both return.
