Tyrone Mings has reportedly been called up for the England squad to compete in next month’s Euro 2020 qualifiers.

According to Gregg Evans of the Athletic, Mings has made it into Gareth Southgate’s team, who take on Kosovo and Bulgaria next month in their European Qualifiers.

Mings has been a key man ever since joining from Bournemouth on loan last season, and the call up had gone down well with a lot of the Villa faithful.

This is obviously great news for Villa and shows how far they have come in a very short space of time.
Mings has excelled ever since making the move to Villa, especially after many thought his career was dead at Bournemouth.
It is not yet known whether Mings will get his first cap for England, but, if he’s in the squad, then every Villa fan will be happy.
