Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has revealed he is not surprised by Tyrone Mings call up to the England squad.
The defender, who left Bournemouth this summer to join Villa after a loan spell at Villa Park last season, is set to join Tom Heaton in the England set-up for the Three Lions next European qualifiers.
Speaking about his former defender, Howe revealed that he is very happy for him, and that he expected a player of his calibre to make it into Southgate’s squad.

When people say that Mings isn’t good enough for the England squad, you just have to look at what his current and former managers are saying about him to know that he does, in fact, deserve it.
