Many Villa fans were confused with the decision, especially as to why the video assistant referee was not consulted.

It’s still shocking that VAR isn’t being used for these decisions, especially in addition to the new handball rule.
Nobody seemingly knows what it is, especially the referees.
We need some clarification, especially after another incident like this that has cost Villa big time.
