Aston Villa fans aren’t happy after John Moss and Martin Atkinson were both appointed for the clash with Liverpool next weekend.
John Moss was the referee at the weekend and gave the controversial second goal that on reflection looks like it should have been disallowed.
Meanwhile, Atkinson was the VAR referee when Villa had a goal chalked off in the win over Brighton, with Conor Hourihane having his effort ruled out.
Several Villa fans took to Twitter to voice their frustration about the appointments.

This isn’t good reading for Aston Villa fans, especially after Villa’s multiple incidents with VAR this season.
Hopefully, the problems with VAR get sorted soon. However, as of late, it has certainly not been great.
