Liverpool are not interested in a move to sign Jack Grealish from Aston Villa, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Former Everton forward Andy Gray recently sparked talk of a potential future move to Anfield for Grealish after lauding the player during beIN Sports’ coverage of Man City’s 6-1 win over Villa.
Twitter: “He’s better than Keita, better than Wijnaldum… Much better than Foden… He’d walk into Spurs’ side… Right now… https://t.co/iEXG3cjHGs (@beINSPORTS_EN)
However, Ian Doyle of the Echo confirms that Grealish is not currently on Jurgen Klopp’s radar as things stand.

This makes a lot of sense from both Liverpool and Grealish’s point of view. Liverpool have only recently confirmed the signing of Takumi Minamino from Red Bull Salzburg and are stacked with attacking options in the final third.
Grealish’s form this season, including six goals and five assists (WhoScored) in a struggling Villa side has shown why next season could be the time for him to make the step up in the Premier League.
He has been putting in big performances against some of the league’s bigger sides, with WhoScored awarding him a match rating of seven or more in games against Leicester, Chelsea, Man United and Arsenal this season.
If and when he takes the next step in his career, Grealish should do so with caution. After proving his talent with Villa, the last thing he needs is to be sitting on the bench and not playing regularly – something that could possibly happen at Anfield. At Villa Park, he’s in an environment that’s allowing him to thrive and he needs to try and replicate that in his next move.
