Aston Villa youngster Jacob Ramsey joined League One club Doncaster Rovers on a loan deal until the end of the season, as reported on Villa’s official website.
The 18-year-old signed a new three-and-a-half-year deal with Villa before heading off for his loan adventure.
He made the best possible start at his new club, finding the back of the net twice on his debut against Tranmere Rovers to help Doncaster to a 3-0 away victory and many Aston Villa fans are delighted and stunned by his performance.
The midfielder has featured twice for Villa’s senior team this season, once in the FA Cup and once in the Carabao Cup, with both appearances coming from the bench.
He was a regular for the Villa Under-23 team prior to his temporary move, making 12 Premier League 2 appearances this term and scoring six times (Transfermarkt).
