Frederic Guilbert is fighting for a starting place at Aston Villa this season but has Matty Cash standing in his way, so he’ll have to work hard in training to stand out.
The 26-year-old is very busy grafting at Bodymoor Heath if his Instagram story is anything to go by, but he also had time to watch new movie Space Jam on his laptop during his down time.

Guilbert joined Villa from SM Caen in January 2019 and has gone on to make 31 appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals with two assists.
The uncapped Frenchman lost his place at right-back to Cash and Ahmed Elmohamady last season, so he was loaned out to Racing Strasbourg for first-team football.
Guilbert has a chance to stake a claim for more opportunities and is regular posting on his Instagram to show supporters that he’s fired up for the 2021/22 campaign, but it’s more likely that he remains Cash’s understudy.
The 23-year-old hasn’t put a foot wrong since being brought in from Nottingham Forest, so Dean Smith isn’t going to drop him.
