Aston Villa man Aly Cissokho is reportedly due in Turkey soon, as he looks to complete his switch to Super Lig outfit Goztepe.
The left back made 12 appearances in the Championship last season for Villa, before he was loaned out to Greek giants Olympiacos, where he featured seven times for them.
Cissokho joined Olympiacos on a six-month deal, with a view to making the move permanent, subject to good performances. However, according to Fotomac, it is looking like the Frenchman is set to move to Turkey to ply his trade in the Super Lig.
During his time in Greece, he made four appearances in the Europa League, as well as helping Olympiacos finish the season as Greek champions for a 44th time.
Cissokho joined Aston Villa back in August 2014, making his debut in a 1-0 victory over Stoke City, however unfortunate injuries and lack of game time mean that the left-back is set to leave Villa Park for pastures green with 55 appearances under his belt.
